Let’s be clear right from the start. I did NOT make these cards. I’ve published them here to illustrate that card making takes many forms. That one can use a lot of tools or very little. A friend made these cards using only three tools: Construction Paper, Scissors and glue. Wow! I’m in awe of her….and have been since 1996 when she made these cards for my sister and me!

Here are some close ups. Notice the card is a fish scene and has a coordinating fishy envelope!

She also made a mountain card, appropriate for me since I live at the base of Pikes Peak in Colorado Springs. And she also made a Chinese flag card appropriate since that’s where she was living at the time. The card reads, “A thousand thanks, give or take a billion”.

Ah, the ever-talented construction paper cutter, Beth. I still have some of her stuff from back then too! 🙂
